ESP-130D/130D2 Automatic Digital Pocket Spring Machine
Application
ESP-130D/130D2 Automatic Digital Pocket Spring Machine is used to produce mattress pocket spring, composed of automatic wire feeding, heat treatment, spring forming, spring conveying, spring bagging, ultrasonic welding and other mechanism. Through PLC control of the synchronous coordination of the mechanism, and above mechanism is controlled by servo system, realize high-speed automatic continuous production of pocket springs.
ESP-130D Pocket spring machine: Equipped with single-wire full digital control spring coiling head, springs will be heat treated after forming, with fully servo control and no need for mechanical cam adjustment; using push rod transmission, longitudinal spring feed design.
ESP-130D2 Pocket spring machine: Equipped with double-wire full digital control spring coiling head can make springs partition, springs will be heat treated after forming, with fully servo control and no need for mechanical cam adjustment; using push rod transmission, longitudinal spring feed design.
