The ESP-50 pocket spring machine automatically produce dorsal seal style pocket spring for mattress, sofa and pillow. To prevent loss of height after setting, the spring are passed through the heat treatment section. At the end of the cooling channelthe coils are first compressed and then pressed into the folded fabric device. The pockets are formed with the ultrasonic welding unit.
